Medicare Advantage Plans Require Nondiscrimination Policies

Capital BlueCross is requiring providers that participate with its Medicare Advantage plans, Capitol Advantage and Keystone Health Plan Central, to confirm that they have a nondiscrimination policy in place.  

Providers should have received a form, which is due back to Capital BlueCross by July 1, 2008, to attest that this policy is in place. 

An example nondiscrimination policy and an example equal access policy are available below.
